Alloy & bimetallic castings · since 1982
Castings that survive the heat, corrosion and wear that destroy ordinary steel.
A Visakhapatnam foundry casting to your grade and standard, from carbon and alloy-steel castings to the heat, corrosion and wear-resistant super-alloys that ordinary steel can't survive. Every part is melted, cast, heat-treated and inspected in-house.
The works
Four decades of alloy casting
Melting, casting, machining, heat treatment and the metallurgical lab at our works in Visakhapatnam, under one roof.
What we cast
Components engineered for the furnace, the reformer and the reactor
From general carbon and alloy-steel castings to the parts that run hot, corrosive or abrasive. Cast to your grade and standard, then machined, heat-treated and inspected in-house.
RefineryTube sheets
Reformer and heater tube sheets in HK40, HP-Nb and CT-15C.
FurnaceRoof & wall tube hangers
Support castings for fired heaters and furnaces.
FurnaceTube supports & brackets
High-temperature support and locking castings.
PipingBends & elbows
Cast bends for high-temperature service.
ReformerManifolds / Xmas trees
Cast reformer manifolds in CT-15C and HP-modified grades.
ProcessImpellers
Wear- and corrosion-resistant rotating castings.
SteelHot coke bucket
Heavy castings for steel-plant duty.
BimetallicBimetallic segment
The Lohman bimetallic segment for wear duty.
Cast in-house
Made here, to your drawing
A reformer tube support in HP-Nb, cast, machined and inspected at our Visakhapatnam works.
Process capability
From melt to finished part, in one plant
Every casting flows through the same in-house chain: poured to grade, cast by the route that fits the part, then heat-treated, machined, tested and inspected before it ships.
Material grades
Which alloy grades does Ni-Chrome cast?
Heat, corrosion and wear-resistant grades mapped to the designation you specify: composition, mechanicals and maximum service temperature. Figures are indicative. Full datasheets on request.
| Grade | ASTM | Type | Max service temp | Typical use |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| HK40 | A351 | 25Cr-20Ni heat-resistant | ~1,100 °C | Reformer / heater tube sheets |
| HP-Nb | A297 | 25Cr-35Ni Nb-modified | ~1,120 °C | Reformer service, higher creep strength |
| CT-15C | A351 | Ni-Cr-Nb | ~1,100 °C | Xmas trees, manifolds |
| IN657 | n/a | 50Cr-50Ni-Nb | ~1,050 °C | Fuel-ash / hot-corrosion service |
| A560 | A560 | 50Cr-50Ni-Nb | ~1,050 °C | Critical petrochemical (EIL grade) |
The table shows our heat-resistant grades. We also cast general carbon (A216 WCB), low-alloy (A217 WC9) and non-ferrous grades for less-severe service. Need a grade not listed, or a full datasheet? Ask our metallurgists →
Industries served
Where our castings run

Quality & inspection
Proof, not promises
Credibility here is earned in the lab and the inspection report, not a logo wall.
EIL-approved
Cleared by Engineers India Limited for critical petrochemical-grade alloys, a status held by only a handful of Indian foundries.
ISO 9001:2015
Quality management system certified by TÜV NORD.
In-house testing
Optical-emission spectrometry, PMI, radiography, DPT, MPI, UT, hardness and high-temperature tensile / creep-rupture.
